Vanida Thaneepanichskul is a Senior Counsel at The Capital Law Office who has over 15 years’ experience as a senior member of the SEC overseeing fundraising, takeovers, REITs and infrastructure fund transactions, with a strong background in takeover regulations. Her role at the SEC was to approve filings and prospectuses of equity and equity-linked securities offerings. She was also heavily involved in the drafting process for various securities regulation enactments, including takeovers, anti-takeovers and REIT-related matters.
