Represented Finansia X Public Company Limited (FSX) and Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited (FSS) in its complex shareholding restructuring through a tender offer by FSX for all securities of FSS, a company operating securities business and securities-related business, and a share-swap in the form of FSX's newly issued ordinary shares in exchange for FSS’ ordinary shares, and listing of FSX's shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in replace of FSS’ securities which are delisted from the SET on the same day, with a transaction value of THB 930 million (approximately USD 28 million).

Represented Thai Eastern Group Holdings Public Company Limited, a holding company with investments in natural rubber, crude palm oil, renewable energy, and organic waste management, in its initial public offering and listing of shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), with a transaction value of THB 1.296 billion (approximately USD 38 million).

Represented Aurora Design Public Company Limited, a leading gold manufacturer and trader, in its THB 3.64 billion (approximately USD 110.30 million) initial public offering and listing of the shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). This deal was awarded “Deal of the Year 2023” by the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Represented Srinanaporn Marketing Public Company Limited in its initial public offering and listing of shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, with The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited acting as the financial advisor and lead underwriter, with a transaction value of THB 2.208 billion (approximately USD 66.9 million).

Represented T.K.S. Technologies Public Company Limited in a conditional voluntary tender offer to acquire 100% of the shares of Thai British Security Printing Public Company Limited (TBSP) from all existing shareholders through a tender offer, with a transaction value of THB 1.35 billion (approximately USD 40.9 million).
