Represented a group of shareholders of Nam Seng Insurance Public Company Limited (NSI), for the disposition of 10,463,729 shares representing approximately 75% of the total issued shares of NSI, one of the leading insurance companies through tender offer (for delisting) process conducted by ThaiSri Insurance Public Company Limited (ThaiSri) and the subsequent entire business transfer of NSI to ThaiSri, with a transaction value of THB 2.25 billion (approximately USD 68 million).

Represented Innobic (Asia) Company Limited (INBA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PTT Public Company Limited, in the acquisition of 20% of the total issued shares in Inter Pharma Public Company Limited by Innobic LL Company Limited (INBL), with a transaction value of approximately THB 1.043 billion (approximately USD 31.6 million).
