Represented One Asset Management Limited in setting up a Real Estate Investment Trust Buy-Back (REIT Buy-Back) for acquiring Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel from Royal Orchid Hotel (Thailand) Public Company Limited, the first REIT Buy-Back in Thailand, with a transaction value of approximately USD 136 million.

Represented Thailand’s Government Savings Bank (GSB) in the sale of its 25% interest in issued share capital of Thanachart Fund Management Company Limited (TFUND), to Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited (Prudential), an affiliate of Eastspring Investments (Singapore) Limited. At closing, GSB sold its TFUND 25% interest, and Thanachart Bank Public Company Limited (TBANK) sold its TFUND 25.1% interest; Prudential owned 50.1% of TFUND, and TBANK retained a 49% interest. Transaction value: approximately THB 2.1 billion (approximately USD 64 million).

Represented Muangthai Life Assurance Company Limited, Muangthai Group Holding Company Limited (MGH) and the Lamsam Family in the sale of approximately 41% of the shares in MGH to KASIKORNBANK Plc. and its subsidiaries which became the shareholders holding 51% of the total shares in MGH, with a transaction value of THB 7.5 billion (approximately USD 227.3 million).

Represented Thai Wah Food Products Public Company Limited and Thai Wah Starch Public Company Limited on their amalgamation into Thai Wah Public Company Limited, including the delisting of the former companies' shares, and relisting of the amalgamated company's shares, on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, with paid-up share capital of THB 880 million (approximately USD 26.7 million).

Represented Golden Land Property Development Public Company Limited (GOLD) in the sale of over 685 million newly issued ordinary shares of GOLD to Frasers Property Holding (Thailand) Company Limited, a subsidiary of Frasers Centerpoint Limited, one of the world's leading property development companies incorporated in Singapore, with a transaction value of THB 4.97 billion (approximately USD 150.6 million).

Represented MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited in establishing the Hemaraj Industrial Property and Leasehold Fund for the ownership and leasehold right of the land and factory buildings located in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate of Hemaraj, with a transaction value of THB 4.7 billion (approximately USD 142.4 million).

Represented Bangkok Ranch Public Company Limited (BR) on the offering of 228 million new shares valued at THB 2 billion (approximately USD 60 million) on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and advising its shareholders on the corporate approval and compliance with the securities and exchange regulations in relation to the sale of their shares in BR to institutional and major retail investors via private placement, with The Siam Commercial Bank Plc. acting as the financial advisor and SCB Securities Co., Ltd. and Bualuang Securities Plc. acting as the lead underwriters.

Represented Amata Corporation Public Company Limited, one of the major business operators of developing and managing the industrial estates in the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand and abroad, in its utilities services business restructuring, with a transaction value of approximately THB 3 billion (approximately USD 90 million).

Represented JGC Corporation, a company registered in Japan and engaged in rendering services for project planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and system testing for the operation of plants and refineries in the oil, gas, petrochemical, and chemical industries, in obtaining a Foreign Business License (FBL) in respect of the business activity of providing services in engineering design, procurement, construction, installation, and system testing for the construction project.

Represented Gartner Research and Advisory (Thailand) Limited, a company specializing in research, advisory services, analysis and assessment of statistics, data and information related to agriculture, industry, commerce, finance, marketing, among others, in obtaining a Foreign Business Certificate (FBC) under the U.S.-Thai Treaty of Amity, in respect of the business activity of providing counseling and advice concerning agriculture, industry, commerce, finance, marketing, including business operations.
