Represented Advanced Info Services Public Company Limited (AIS) for the acquisition of shares in Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited (TTTBB) and certain portion of investment units in Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund (JASIF) which elevated AIS to the position of the second-largest broadband operator in Thailand, with an aggregate transaction value of approximately THB 30 billion (approximately USD 909 million).

Represented CVC Capital Partners, a British-based private equity/credit organization and Equity Partners Limited in the cross-border acquisition of a 50% stake in Ngern Tid Lor Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited, with a transaction value of THB 7.6 billion (approximately USD 230 million).

Represented Finansia X Public Company Limited (FSX) and Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited (FSS) in its complex shareholding restructuring through a tender offer by FSX for all securities of FSS, a company operating securities business and securities-related business, and a share-swap in the form of FSX's newly issued ordinary shares in exchange for FSS’ ordinary shares, and listing of FSX's shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in replace of FSS’ securities which are delisted from the SET on the same day, with a transaction value of THB 930 million (approximately USD 28 million).

Represented VGI Public Company Limited and U City Public Company Limited in the subscription of newly issued shares, representing 24.99% of the total issued shares in Jay Mart Public Company Limited and 24.99 % of the total issued shares in Singer Thailand Public Company Limited through private placement, together with warrants issued by Jay Mart Public Company Limited and Singer Thailand Public Company Limited, with the aggregate transaction value of approximately THB 17.54 billion (approximately USD 531 million)

Represented Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited in an IPO/listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), and an international offering under Rule 144A/Regulation S, including a tender offer/share swap for delisting Robinson Public Company Limited, with a transaction value of THB 78.1 billion (approximately USD 2.37 million) which in Thailand’s largest IPO by market capitalization to date. This will be the first IPO/share swap, delisting combined in one transaction.

Represented Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited in a tender offer for delisting COL Public Company Limited, with a transaction value of THB 12.2 billion (approximately USD 370 million).
