Patraporn Milindasuta, is a Senior Partner at The Capital Law Office with over 35 years of extensive experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. She has led significant domestic and international securities offerings under Rule 144A/Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act, Thai securities law, and major takeover transactions, as well as advising clients on complex issues on Corporate Governance. She is well reputable to be recognized as a solution provider for the clients in the difficult and complicated transactions. Widely recognized in Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions, she actively advises listed companies on Thai Securities and Exchange Act including SEC and SET regulatory matters. Her longstanding contributions include roles in securities law reforms and corporate governance developments. She had been served, for years, as a member of the SEC’s Equity Offering Regulation Committee, the SEC’s Takeover Regulation Committee, and as Chairperson of the Thai Company Secretary Club of the Thai Listed Companies Association.
