Represented True Incube Company Limited, a subsidiary of True Digital Group on the acquisition of 68% of the total registered capital of Seekone Holding Co., Ltd., a startup providing a platform for cleaning and maintenance services with an initial investment amount of THB 88 million (approximately USD 2.6 million).

Represented BSS Holdings Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited, in the joint venture with AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited and Humanica Public Company Limited by forming a joint venture company in Thailand for operating lending business to customers via digital platforms, with a transaction value of THB 800 million (approximately USD 24.24 million).
