Sakda Nissaisuk is a Senior Counsel of Litigation and Arbitration practice at The Capital Law Office who has more than 30 years’ experience in litigation focusing on business and commercial disputes relating to financial, insurance both life and non-life insurance, securities matters, directors and officers insurance and tax disputes. He also advises on alternative dispute resolution and mediation for those matters. He has represented clients in many significant and complex litigations cases including criminal cases. He advises multinational companies and major local business entities on a wide range of matters and represents clients in bankruptcy and business reorganization proceedings.
