Represented a global leading professional services firm, as the plan preparer for a multinational cable and wire manufacturer in Thailand (Company) in a civil lawsuit seeking damages against former executives of the Company and individuals on the basis of wrongful acts valued at more than THB 30 billion (approximately USD 909 million).

Represented a Thai public organization in a negotiation against a leading U.S. energy company regarding settlement of an international arbitration proceeding in relation to breach of an EPC contract.

Represented a publicly listed oil and gas company in litigation regarding engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts in relation to a pipeline project valued at more than THB 8.5 billion (approximately USD 257 million).

Represented a publicly listed reputable real estate company in Thailand, in a civil and criminal lawsuit against former executives and individuals on the basis of the violation of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 against the Company valued at more than THB 800 million (approximately USD 24 million).

Represented dealers in successfully taking legal actions against a renowned Japanese multinational automobile manufacturing company on the basis of contractual breach and violation of the Trade Competition Act B.E. 2560 of Thailand and its affiliated companies in both criminal and civil litigation.

Represented one of the most renowned Thai universities in challenging the order of the Revenue Department in relation to the VAT refund before the Central Tax Court valued at more than THB 81 million (approximately USD 2.45 million).

Represented a leading land developer and owner of land in Phetchaburi Province, in an Administrative Court case involving a large plot of land next to the beach of the Gulf of Thailand. The Plaintiff also filed an Administrative Court claim against several state officials (i.e., the Director of the Department of Lands, many officials of the Department of Lands, and other related government officials) requesting the court to revoke several land title deeds of the client valued at over THB 100 million (approximately USD 3 million). In civil law proceedings, the court and all state authorities involved found that the land title deeds were legally issued and the land thereunder does not infringe on any public access to the sea.

Represented a major multinational oil and gas corporation in a USD 15 million claim with the Ministry of Transport and the Administrative Court for additional compensation for land appropriation, challenging the order of the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand.

Represented a major shareholder in a publicly listed real estate company in a civil lawsuit in relation to the alleged violation of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535.

Represented a publicly listed real estate company in Thailand on the basis of alleged violation of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 and the Public Limited Company Act B.E. 2535 of Thailand.

Represented a renowned hotel business in enforcement/setting-aside of arbitration awards in relation to construction disputes.

Represented a publicly listed company in Thailand in a dispute related to the alleged violation of the Public Limited Company Act B.E. 2535 of Thailand.
