Represented the Government Savings Bank (GSB) in its joint venture with Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Plc. (BAM) to form ARI Asset Management Company (ARI-AMC), with an aim to manage 500k debt accounts worth THB 45 billion (approximately USD 1.4 billion), helping retail debtors and SMEs to improve their financial stability.

Represented Sermsang Power Corporation Public Company Limited (SSP), in the acquisition of a 75% equity stake in Winchai Company Limited, a company operating a 45-MW wind power plant, through an entire business transfer from a subsidiary of Nova Empire Plc., with a transaction value of approximately THB 2.3 billion (approximately USD 70 million).

Represented the Founders of The Refractive Surgery Center Limited (TRSC), Thailand’s No. 1 refractive surgery for visual and cataract corrections, in the sale of 70% equity stake to Tana Oculus Holdings Pte. Ltd., Vision Ventures Company Limited and NST Ventures Company Limited.

Represented Stella X Public Company Limited (STELLA) (formerly known as Nusasiri Plc.) in the preferential public offering of shares together with the warrants as sweetener to its existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholding, but excluding the shareholders to whom would cause STELLA being subject foreign laws as a result of such offering, with the offering size of THB 5.36 billion (approximately USD 162 million).

Advised Thana Power Holding Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wind Energy Holding Company Limited, in strategically exercising its shareholder right to regain the management control over Stella X Plc. (formerly known as NUSASIRI Plc.), a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, from the former directors and management to protect the minority shareholders' rights and to promote transparent and ethical corporate governance.

Advised G-Able Public Company Limited in the issuance of employee stock option plan to the directors and management of its subsidiary, namely Blendata Company Limited - a developer specializing in big data management and analytics platforms.

Represented CVC Capital Partners, a British-based private equity/credit organization and Equity Partners Limited in the cross-border acquisition of a 50% stake in Ngern Tid Lor Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited, with a transaction value of THB 7.6 billion (approximately USD 230 million).

Represented Mayo Polyclinic Company Limited, an operator of private general hospitals, in its entire business transfer to Paolo Medic Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited, with a transaction value of THB 1.39 billion (approximately USD 42 million).
