Wimol Jatesadavanich is a Senior Counsel at The Capital Law Office with over 28 years’ experience as a senior member of the SEC overseeing regulations and processes of equity and equity-linked fund raising, takeovers, material and related party transactions, financial and non-financial disclosure. Her role was to approve filings and prospectuses of securities offering, review the corporate disclosure, provide interpretive assistance to companies with respect to the SEC rules and regulations, and issue legal and accounting comments to help companies better compliance with applicable requirements. She also has considerable experience and expertise in the issuance of new rules and guidance and the revisions to existing rules to enhance the efficiency of the capital markets.
