We are pleased to announce that Learn Satit Pattana Company Limited, the joint venture of Aksorn Education Public Company Limited and Learn Corporation Public Company Limited, completed the THB 1,405 million acquisition of lands, buildings, operating assets and school-license of Satit Pattana School under a combined equity and term-loan structure with Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited.
Capital Law acted as deal counsel, guiding the transaction from structuring and preparing the joint venture and share subscription agreement, including conducting asset due diligence and negotiating the asset purchase agreement, to assisting with financing the acquisition—all while ensuring full regulatory and licensing compliance.
This transaction was led by Patraporn Milindasuta and Haruethai Boonklomjit, with key contributions from Vilasinee Wisutthiphon, Patcharapol Wantamanee, Nichaya Soothipan and Sutthiwan Sathitsuksomboon.
