Capital Law is pleased to share that our Partner, Haruethai Boonklomjit, recently joined leading legal professionals from across Asia in an all-day symposium on “Opportunities, Challenges and Risk Avoidance for Chinese Enterprises going to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia” and the “Roundtable Forum on Common Issues and Risk Management Strategies for Chinese Enterprises Going Overseas”, hosted in Shenzhen, China.

Organized by GEN Law Firm in collaboration with Nanshan Association of Capital Market and legal and industry associations in Shenzhen, the forum brought together experts from Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia to discuss the evolving landscape of Chinese outbound direct investment (ODI).

With over 250 attendees and representatives from multiple jurisdictions, the roundtable addressed:
