We are pleased to announce that Capital Law advised and assisted Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited in establishing its Medium-Term Note (MTN) Program with a total debenture capacity of up to THB 9 billion and a program term of two years. As part of this initiative, the Issuer successfully issued a total of THB 1,150 million of unsecured and unsubordinated debentures to the public. The initial issuance comprised two tranches – Tranche 1 due B.E. 2569 and Tranche 2 due B.E. 2570 – with the offering period from 3 to 5 February 2025 and an issue date of 6 February 2025.
Our role included reviewing the base and supplementary Terms and Conditions of the MTN Program and the debentures, as well as the underwriting agreement and other relevant documentations. This comprehensive legal support ensured that the issuance was executed in full regulatory compliance, delivering a smooth and market-responsive transaction.
